Medical Device Import Licence Georgia
A procedure for permitting the import of medical devices is provided for medical devices which are not subject to state registration.
A licence for the import of medical devices gives the right to import, sell, and use the product throughout the territory of Georgia.

According to Law of Georgia No. 1586 dated 10 August 2009 on Medicines and Pharmaceutical Activities; A procedure for permitting the import of medical devices is provided for medical devices which are not subject to state registration.
